This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans and services offered through the ig.cr platform operated by KDC Tek Pvt. Ltd. (“KDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Subscription Services
The Platform offers plan-based access to Instagram management features including media synchronization, comment and DM management, automation flows, content publishing, and WooCommerce integration. Plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as applicable).
2. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with the Platform. Refunds are handled as follows:
2.1 Within 7 Days of Initial Purchase
If you are not satisfied with the Platform, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to first-time purchases only.
2.2 After 7 Days
After the initial 7-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
2.3 Renewal Payments
Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. If you do not wish to be charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
3. Service Disruptions
The Platform relies on the Instagram Graph API and other third-party services. Refunds are not provided for service disruptions caused by Instagram/Meta platform changes, API outages, or other factors outside our control. In cases of extended Platform-side outages caused by KDC, we may offer pro-rated credits at our discretion.
4. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan, the difference in price is not refunded. The higher-tier features will remain available until the end of your current billing period, after which the downgraded plan takes effect.
5. Account Termination
If your account is terminated by KDC due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
6. Content and Data
KDC Tek Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any content, data, or business losses resulting from account cancellation or service termination. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before cancelling your subscription.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period, contact us with your account details and reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 7–10 business days.
