1.2 Instagram Data

Through your authorized connection, we access and store Instagram media (posts, reels, stories), comments, direct messages, mentions, and related metadata. This data is retrieved via the official Instagram Graph API using OAuth-based authentication (Instagram Business Login). Access tokens are encrypted using AES-256-CBC and stored securely.

1.3 Automation and Flow Data

If you create automation flows (e.g., auto-replies to comments or DMs), we store the flow configuration and execution logs necessary to operate those automations on your behalf.

1.4 Usage and Technical Data

We collect standard server logs, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and similar technical data to maintain and improve the Platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Connect and manage your Instagram account(s) on the Platform
  • Sync your Instagram media as content within your site
  • Process and display Instagram comments and direct messages
  • Execute automation flows you configure (auto-replies, tagging, scheduled actions)
  • Integrate with WooCommerce where applicable
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain, improve, and secure the Platform

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Instagram / Meta Platforms: Data is exchanged with Instagram via the Graph API as necessary to provide the Platform’s features (sending messages, publishing content, receiving webhooks).
  • Service Providers: We may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, or payment processing. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of access tokens (AES-256-CBC), secure OAuth authentication flows, and regular security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active on the Platform. Upon account deletion or disconnection, your synced Instagram data, automation flows, messages, and associated records are permanently removed from the Platform. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

The Platform enables you to manage and display content originating from Instagram. KDC Tek Pvt. Ltd. does not create, endorse, or assume any responsibility for user-generated content, Instagram media, comments, direct messages, or any other content managed through the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content associated with your Instagram account(s) and any actions taken through the Platform’s automation features.

8. Cookies

The Platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
